1. Acceptance

By using the CPCSA website, applying for membership, or registering for our programmes, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Membership

Membership is granted at the discretion of CPCSA and is subject to meeting category requirements, payment of applicable fees, and adherence to the CPCSA Code of Ethics. Membership designations may not be used unless your membership is active.

3. Fees and Renewals

Membership, training, CPD, event, and reprint fees are payable as published. Memberships must be renewed before expiry to remain active. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Conduct and Ethics

Members are required to maintain professional standards and to act in accordance with the CPCSA Code of Ethics. Misconduct may result in suspension or termination of membership.

5. Certificates and Verification

Certificates issued by CPCSA remain the property of CPCSA and may be verified through our verification portal. Fraudulent use of certificates or designations is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and branding on this website belong to CPCSA and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

CPCSA provides its website and services in good faith but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
